目的:建立蔬菜中19种有机磷农药残留的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法:样品被乙腈经匀浆、超声、震荡提取后,无水硫酸钠脱水,旋干后经固相萃取柱净化,氮气吹干,以丙酮定容,再通过DB-1701毛细管柱和PFPD检测器定性定量。结果:19种有机磷农药的分离效果好,线性相关系数均大于0.99,最低检出限在0.00018 mg/kg~0.017 mg/kg范围,平均回收率在60%~120%范围,RSD在2%~6%范围。结论:该方法具有快速、简便,准确度和精密度好的优点,适合蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的检测,用于实际样品的检测取得了较好的效果。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The samples were homogenized by acetonitrile, extracted by ultrasonic and shaking, dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, spin dried, purified by solid phase extraction (SPE), dried with nitrogen, fixed with acetone, then detected by DB-1701 capillary column and PFPD Qualitative and quantitative Results: The separation efficiencies of 19 organophosphorus pesticides were good with the linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.99 and the lowest detection limits were in the range of 0.00018 mg / kg ~ 0.017 mg / kg. The average recoveries ranged from 60% to 120% ~ 6% range. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of fast, simple, accurate and good precision, suitable for the detection of a variety of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, and has achieved good results in the detection of actual samples.
