中医情志护理,即在护理工作中,注意观察了解病人的情志变化,掌握其心理状态,设法防止和清除不良情绪的影响,使病人处于治疗中的最佳心理状态,以利于疾病的康复.中医非常重视精神因素在发病及治疗中的作用,提倡心理治疗及心理护理.随着现代医学模式的转变,护理已从“以疾病为中心”转变为“以人为中心”.中医认为:七情的变化可以导致人体内脏功能失调而产生各种疾病,七情人体对外界客观事物的不同反映,是生命活动的正常现象,一般不会发病.
