为了迎合企业的用人需求,提升学生的职业竞争力,本校从2008年起开发并实施了“企业会计岗位综合实训”课程。从实施情况来看,实训类课程对高职类学生的吸引力更强,教学效果更佳。同时,课程的内容、教学方式、教学场所等的设置,均会对授课效果产生巨大影响。本文通过对课程在本校实施情况的总结,对课程的设计提出多条可行性的改革建议,供正在开发和实施会计实训类课程的教师参考。
In order to meet the employment needs of enterprises and enhance students’ vocational competitiveness, our school has developed and implemented the “Comprehensive Accounting and Training Course for Enterprise Accounting Posts” since 2008. From the implementation point of view, training courses for higher vocational students more attractive, teaching better. At the same time, the contents of the course, teaching methods, teaching places and other settings, will have a tremendous impact on the teaching results. Based on the summary of the implementation of the curriculum in our school, this article proposes several feasible reform proposals for the design of the curriculum for the reference of teachers who are developing and implementing accounting training courses.
