在当前模具制造中,机械化程度不断提高,使用成型磨削日益广泛,改进夹具结构及提高夹具精度,对提高模具质量有一定意义。万能夹具是成型磨削中使用较广的一神,由于目前尚无专业厂制造供应,故使用单位必须自己制造。而该夹具结构较为精密,加以某些设计的不合理,所以制造时很难达到设计的精度要求。最近我厂在修理时,将原结构作了一些改进,经使用证明,效果良好,现将装夹具的改进部分介绍如下。一、传动部分 (1)主轴1与正弦盘7的连接,原设计为过渡配合,如图1,由斜键9定位。主轴的轴向间隙调整及正弦盘的锁紧,都靠螺帽8的调节。这种结构,对制造、调整与维修,都带来如下的缺点:
