目的掌握广西地区目前医用电子加速器质量控制现状,提出确实可行的控制策略。方法以广西30家医疗机构使用中的37台医用电子加速器为研究对象,采用合宜的检测设备,依据相关的国家标准和法律法规进行检测和评价。结果初检所有项目均合格的有21台,合格率为56.8%。不合格指标主要是X射线辐射野均整度,其合格率为78.4%;X线对称性合格率为73.0%,X射线辐射剂量示值的误差合格率为86.5%,X线辐射质的的偏差合格率为94.6%,电子线的均整度合格率为92.3%和电子线对称性合格率为96.2%。不合格经调试复检后合格率达到100%。结论广西地区的加速器质量控制初检结果不容乐观,应加强放射诊疗设备的监督监测工作,定期开展设备的状态检测和稳定性检测是非常必要的;尤其是维修或更换重要部件后的加速器,更应纳入监督管理和检测,提高医务人员放射治疗质量控制的责任意识和能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of quality control of medical electron accelerator in Guangxi and put forward a feasible and feasible control strategy. Methods A total of 37 medical electron accelerators in 30 medical institutions in Guangxi were used as research objects.
