目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将269例患者随机分成3组,A组:单用输卵管通液术治疗。B组:活血化瘀,通络中药口服配合输卵管通液术治疗。C组:中药口服,中药灌肠加微波理疗配合输卵管通液术治疗。结果:A组总有效率是48.4﹪,B组总有效率是75.6%,C组的总有效率是90%。B、C两组组疗效优于A组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),C组疗效优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕能显著提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods: 269 patients were randomly divided into three groups, A group: tubal alone fluid treatment. Group B: blood circulation, Tongluo Chinese medicine oral treatment of tubal fluid. Group C: Chinese medicine oral, traditional Chinese medicine enema plus microwave physiotherapy with tubal fluid treatment. Results: The total effective rate in group A was 48.4%, the total effective rate in group B was 75.6%, and the total effective rate in group C was 90%. The efficacy of group B and C was better than that of group A, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The effect of group C was better than group B (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of tubal obstruction infertility can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
