根据调节方式,把压力AGC分成三类:BISRA型;测厚计型和动态设定型。动态设定型与BISRA型相比较,具有响应速度快,可变刚度范围宽,与监控和预控等厚控系统相容无相互干扰等优点。动态设定型和BISRA型都有辊缝闭环,它们抗系统参数变化能力和在工业轧机上易实现,大大优于测厚计型。动态设定型变刚度厚控方法巳成功地应用在第一重型机器厂的Φ90/Φ200×200mm的四机架冷连轧机上。
According to the adjustment method, the pressure AGC is divided into three categories: BISRA type; thickness gauge type and dynamic setting type. Compared with the BISRA type, the dynamic setting type has the advantages of fast response, wide range of variable stiffness, no mutual interference with the thick control system such as monitoring and control. Dynamic setting type and BISRA type have roll-gap closed loop, their ability to resist the change of system parameters and easy to implement in industrial rolling mill, much better than thickness gauge type. Dynamic set thickness control method has been successfully applied in the first heavy machinery plant Φ90 / Φ200 × 200mm four-stand tandem cold mill.
