为定性研究摩擦对喷丸过程的影响,在ABAQUS中建立了喷丸过程三维有限元模型,采用动态显示求解器对不同摩擦系数下的喷丸过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:摩擦系数对能量转化的影响较小,最大摩擦耗散能仅为总能量的1.25%;摩擦力的存在使得最大残余压应力变大,同时使得压应力区变深;摩擦对表面残余应力的影响较为显著,且存在最优的摩擦系数,使得表面呈现最大残余压应力。
In order to qualitatively study the influence of friction on shot peening process, a three-dimensional finite element model of shot peening was established in ABAQUS. The shot peening process under different friction coefficients was simulated by a dynamic display solver. The results show that the friction coefficient has little effect on the energy conversion, and the maximum friction dissipation energy is only 1.25% of the total energy. The existence of friction makes the maximum residual compressive stress become larger and the compressive stress area becomes deeper. The influence of stress is significant, and there is an optimal friction coefficient, which makes the surface show the maximum residual compressive stress.
