非煤采矿业是对经济社会发展具有重大影响的资源性和基础性产业,是为国民经济增长、人民生活改善和社会文明发展提供原材料的支柱产业。笔者所在课题研究组承担了辽宁省某市安全生产“十三五”规划的编制工作,对某市非煤矿山安全生产规划编制进行了细致研究,现介绍该非煤矿山的基本特点、相关保障措施及未来发展规划,以期给类似地区以借鉴。
Non-coal mining industry is a resource-based and basic industry that has a significant impact on economic and social development. It is a pillar industry that provides raw materials for the growth of the national economy, the improvement of people’s life and the development of social civilization. The subject research group of the author undertook the compilation work on the “13th Five-Year Plan” of production safety in a certain city in Liaoning Province and conducted a careful study on the compilation of the safety production planning of a non-coal mine in a certain city. The basic characteristics of this non- Related safeguards and future development planning, with a view to similar areas to learn from.
