“上海市青年创业小额贷款”项目的总体目标是充分发挥共青团的组织优势和国家开发银行的融资优势,整合资源,形成合力,扶持青年创办中小企业,为社会创造更多的就业岗位,促进经济发展;逐步建立青年创业小额贷款的有效模式,形成支持青年解决创业资金瓶颈问题的长效机制;在支持符合经济社会发展方向项目的基础上,重点向先进制造业,现代服务业以及高新技术企业和农业特色产业倾斜。
