污泥处理处置是城镇污水处理系统的重要组成部分。根据污泥最终安全处置要求和污泥特性,选择适宜的污泥处理工艺和技术路线,对于实现污泥的减量化、稳定化和无害化,对于保护和改善生态环境,促进经济社会和环境的可持续发展起到至关重要的作用。为了提高城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置水平,国家鼓励采用节能减排的污泥处理处置技术;鼓励充分利用社会资源处理处置污泥;鼓励污泥处理处置技术创新和科技进步;鼓励研发适合我国国情和地区特点的污泥处理处置新技术、新工艺和新设备。为了使读者能够更加深入、系统、全面地了解污泥处理处置的现状、发展、技术路线和规划研究等方面的内容,本期我刊特邀中国城镇供水排水协会、北京市市政工程设计研究总院和北京城市排水集团有限责任公司的专家们从不同的角度谈谈对污泥处理处置问题的见解。
