火力发电作为耗能和耗水大户,对经济发展和环境保护具有重要影响,因此综合管理能源与水资源逐渐成为电力系统规划所关注的焦点。在兼顾经济因素和节水要求的前提下,采用双层规划方法对新疆巴州火电生产与水资源管理进行综合优化,其中上层模块以电力生产所需水量为目标,下层模块以电力生产管理经济成本为目标。通过对比双层和单层模型的优化结果,获得在节水降本前提下的电力生产、扩容方案、发电耗水及污染排放的最优方案。
As a major energy consuming and water consuming power generation, thermal power generation has a significant impact on economic development and environmental protection. Therefore, the integrated management of energy and water resources has gradually become the focus of power system planning. Under both economic and water saving requirements, the bi-level planning method is used to optimize the thermal power production and water resources management in Bazhou, Xinjiang. Among them, the upper module aims at the water demand for power generation and the lower module manages the economy through electricity production Cost as the goal. By comparing the optimization results of two-layer and single-layer models, the optimal scheme of power generation, expansion scheme, power generation and water consumption and pollution discharge under the precondition of water-saving and cost-reducing is obtained.
