幼儿园家长工作的形式多种多样,我园尝试创办《家长之友》简报,每月编辑一期,发给每位家长,这种形式很受家长的喜爱。《家长之友》简报设有活动与计划、随笔、问事窗、卫生保健、家庭教育、知识宫、教材选登、家长信箱等小栏目。每一期通过“活动与计划”栏目将一个月的工作重点和活动安排告诉家长。然后,结合幼儿园的工作买际,有针对性地介绍一些教育孩子的知识和方法,供家长参考和学习。如1992年上半年,我园重点开展幼儿交往能力培养的教研活动,我们选编了《教给孩子交往的技巧》等文章。1992年11月,幼儿园组织体育游戏竞赛,我们通过简报向家长介绍幼儿园体育活动的目的以及游戏活动的时间,请家长及时为孩子提供体育用品(呼啦圈、皮球、跳绳等),积极配合幼儿园开展活动,使我们的活动收到了好效果。“问事窗”专门解答家长提出的疑难问题。“家长信箱”刊登家长的来信,其中有表扬、建议和要求,还有他们教育孩子的体会等,通过信箱进一步沟通了家长和老师之间的感情,增进了彼此的了解和理解。我们还将幼儿园教育情况通过简报及时反馈给家长。如我园对新入园的
