病态窦房结综合征简称病窦综台征,是1966年洛恩(Lown)首先提出。据有限的统计,发病率约为3/5,000,主要见于老年。我院近7年以本征为主要病入院者109例次(88例年龄26～94岁),占同期内科收治病例的0.99%,其中2/3是近3年收治的。窦房结位于上腔静脉进入右房入口处下方的心外膜下,中央有窦房结动肪通过。55%的窦房结动
Sick sinus syndrome referred to as sick sinus syndrome, was first proposed in 1966 by Lown (Lown). According to limited statistics, the incidence is about 3 / 5,000, mainly seen in the elderly.
