企业实行民主管理不仅是党和国家加强民主政治建设的大政方针,更是企业自身生存、发展的客观需求。因此,几十年来,政府与企业制定了诸多的加强民主管理的规章制度。然而,实事求是地讲,仍有一些企业的民主管理不尽如人意,所以然者何?当然不是制度的匮乏而是制度没有完全落实到位。
The implementation of democratic management by enterprises is not only the major policy of the party and the state in strengthening the building of democratic politics, but also the objective demand of the enterprises for their own survival and development. Therefore, for decades, the government and enterprises have formulated many rules and regulations for strengthening democratic management. However, to be realistic, there are still some enterprises that do not enjoy satisfactory democratic management. Therefore, it is certainly not the lack of system but the complete failure of the system.
