采用LPLC法分析了芫花酯甲模似醋制及其水解前后的变化。结果表明:芫花酯甲模拟醋制后其含量降低近22%。而且产生了一个芫花酯甲的水解物,该化合物紫外最大吸收λ_(max)264nm。其结构尚待进一步鉴定。
The LPLC method was used to analyze the changes of geranyl ester-like vinegar and its hydrolysis before and after hydrolysis. The results showed that the content of geranyl ester A was reduced by nearly 22% after being simulated with vinegar. In addition, a hydrolyzate of the saponin A was produced, and the UV absorption maximum of the compound was λ_(max) 264 nm. Its structure has yet to be further identified.
