肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病发展的渐进过程,目前对肝纤维化的防治尚无疗效确切的药物。既往的研究表明,扶正化瘀方(由桃仁、丹参、虫草等组成)能抑制胶原合成,促进胶原降解,恢复肝脏结构及功能,有良好的抗肝纤维化作用。为进一步探讨其抗肝纤维化的作用及机理,本研究采用正常大鼠灌胃给药,分离血清作用于培养细胞的血清药理学方法,探讨该方对原代培养大鼠肝细胞增殖及胶原生成率的影响。1 材料和方法
