本文以人T淋巴细胞白血病细胞株(CEM)为实验模型,研究了玉竹提取物(PAOA)有效成份对该细胞株表面标志的影响。结果表明PAOA有效成份对CEM细胞抗原表达有显著影响,可能对该细胞逆转分化成熟有诱导作用。终浓度为1×10-3PAOA有效成份对CEM细胞还有明显的抑制作用。鉴于PAOA有效成份对CEM细胞表面标志的影响,提示PAOA有效成份有可能应用于人T淋巴细胞白血病的治疗
In this paper, human T lymphocytic leukemia cell line (CEM) was used as an experimental model to study the effect of the active ingredient of Polygonatum odoratum (PAOA) on the surface markers of this cell line. The results showed that the active ingredients of PAOA had a significant effect on the expression of CEM cell antigens, which may have an inducing effect on reversing the differentiation and maturation of the cells. The final concentration of 1×10-3 PAOA active ingredient also had a significant inhibitory effect on CEM cells. In view of the effect of PAOA active ingredients on CEM cell surface markers, it is suggested that PAOA active ingredient may be used for the treatment of human T lymphocyte leukemia
