１９９４年──１９９６年科左后旗连续三年对饲草饲料应用增产菌进行技术推广，取得了明显的效果。三年来平均产量：青贮饲料玉米拌种区比对照区产量提高１８．９７％；天然草场喷施区比对照区产量提高１８．４９％；围封草场喷施区比对照区产量提高１５％；多年生人工草地（豆科）进行了喷施与拌种，平均产草量也提高了１３．６４％。
