“平等”这一概念在十八世纪启蒙运动之后被植入人心,在随后的几百年的时间里,一直到今天,它都是人们探讨的最多的一项权利。今天,各个国家的法律,特别是宪法中都对“平等权”做出了明确的规定,几乎都承认平等权是公民享有的最为基本的权利。我国的宪法作为一部社会主义性质的宪法,自然也承认平等权的基础性权利的地位,除此之外,在我国的宪法之中,对于公民平等权的保护也是非常重视的。
The concept of “equality” was implanted in the hearts and minds of people after the Enlightenment of the 18th century, and it has been the most commonly explored right for hundreds of years to this day. Today, the laws of various countries, especially the constitution, make explicit stipulations on “equal rights” and almost all recognize that equal rights are the most basic rights citizens enjoy. As a constitution of socialist nature, our country’s constitution naturally admits the status of basic rights of equal rights. Besides, in our country’s constitution, we also attach great importance to the protection of citizens’ equal rights.
