基于岩土工程材料Mohr-Coulomb本构关系、空间模型非线性有限元分析和爆破振动数值模拟方法,针对某山岭公路隧道施工和实际使用过程受附近采石场日常爆破作业的影响进行了模拟分析;针对该隧道施工和运营过程中的初期支护、二衬爆破振动速度和混凝土表面应变进行了现场监测,根据现行公路隧道施工技术规范有关爆破振动速度安全限值进行了验算。相关数值模拟分析和现场监测结果表明:采石场爆破作业对隧道施工和运营影响很小,实际工程可以不考虑其不利作用,相关工程实践验证了其成果的可靠性。
Based on the Mohr-Coulomb constitutive relationship of geotechnical materials, the nonlinear finite element analysis of space model and the numerical simulation of blasting vibration, the impact of the daily blasting operation of nearby quarries on the construction and actual use of a mountain highway tunnel was simulated According to the initial support during the construction and operation of the tunnel, the blasting vibration velocity of the lining and the concrete surface strain were monitored on-site. The safety limits of blasting vibration velocity under the current construction specifications of highway tunnel were checked. The results of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring show that the blasting operation of quarry has little impact on the construction and operation of the tunnel. The actual project can not consider its adverse effect, and the relevant engineering practice verifies the reliability of the results.
