学校是教书育人的机构,是向社会输送人才的主要场所,班级是学校最基础的单位,做好班级管理是保障学校工作顺利进行的关键所在。因此,必须加强小学的班级管理工作,为学生打下良好的基础,让学生养成良好的习惯,树立正确的人生观、价值观,因此,必须提高小学班级管理水平。
Schools are the institutions that teach and educate people, are the main places for delivering talents to the society, and the classes are the most basic units in schools. To do well in class management is the key to guaranteeing the smooth running of schools. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen class management in primary schools, lay a good foundation for students, develop good habits for students and establish a correct outlook on life and values.
