体育腐败已成为世界性的难题。近年来,伴随着我国体育系统市场化改革的不断深入,体育领域的腐败现象逐渐呈现出易发多发趋势,体育腐败的社会关注度也越来越高,体育系统廉政风险形势非常严峻,呈现出领域的广泛性、行业的特殊性、类型的多元性和影响的社会性等特征。从总体上,当前我国体育系统廉政风险防控还存在顶层设计不够完善、制度机制不够健全、技术操作层面缺乏针对性等难题。因此,必须完善体育系统廉政风险防控的顶层设计,健全预防体育系统廉政风险防控的制度机制,完善体育系统相互制约协调的权力结构与运行机制,启动中国特色的体育伦理工程建设,强化体育公共精神,推动体育管理体制的分类改革,降低体育系统廉政风险发生的概率。
