“人事有代谢,往来成古今”。在闽籍海外乡亲大团结、大联合的潮流中,一批有为的年轻人脱颖而出,走上了社团领导岗位。他们奔放的热情、广阔的视野以及开拓创新的精神,给社团工作带来了新的活力和生机。世界晋江同乡总会会长、澳门晋江同乡会会长陈明金先生就是他们中的佼佼者。陈明金先生2002年7月当选澳门晋江同乡会第七届会长,同年8月当选为世界晋江同乡总会第四届会长。他还是全国政协委员、福建省政协常委、中华全国青年联合会常委、福建省侨联港澳顾问……由于身兼多职以及商务上的需要,他时常赴京来闽,参会视事。今年仲夏时分,
