兵团卫生事业近年取得了较大的发展,当前还存在基层卫生技术人员数量上、结构上和配置公平性问题。为客观了解兵团十年前后基本状况和影响因素,合理配置兵团卫生人力资源和制定卫生人才发展规划提供重要参考依据,2013年在兵团开展此专项调查研究。
Corps health has made great development in recent years. At present, there are still problems of quantity, structure and allocation of grass-roots health technicians. In order to provide an important reference for objectively understanding the basic conditions and influencing factors of the Corps 10 years ago, rationally allocating the corps’ human resources and formulating plans for the development of health personnel, the Corps conducted this special investigation and study in 2013.
