“真没想到你们来得这么快!”3月10日上午11时24分,海警二支队官兵在监控探头上发现,两艘渔船停在LNG海底管道保护海域,准备打桩作业。不到5分钟,一艘“海豹”快速艇就赶到现场予以制止,五名船员见到眼前的海警官兵,啧啧称奇。其实,令船员们感到惊讶的背后,却展现出近年来福建公安海警部队运用科学发展观,指导部队建设取得的喜人变化。
“I really did not expect you to come so fast!” At 1124 a.m. on March 10, the officers and men of the Second Detachment of Maritime Police discovered on the monitoring probe that two fishing boats stopped at the protected area of the LNG seabed pipeline in preparation for the piling operation. In less than 5 minutes, a “SEAL” speedboat rushed to the scene to be stopped, and five crew members were amazed when they saw the officers and soldiers of the marine police station in front of them. In fact, behind the crew’s surprise, however, it has shown gratifying changes made by the Fujian Public Security Police Force in using the scientific concept of development in recent years to guide the building of the army.
