目的本文的主要目的是探究对于冠心病患者来说采用不同的血液检验指标进行检验所能够体现出的临床医学价值。方法选取了我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的90例冠心病患者设为观察组，收集患者的血小板计数、血小板分布宽度、红细胞分布宽度等。后选取本院体检的90例健康人员，设定为对照组，进行对照研究。结果经检验后，两组数据存在显著差异，患者红细胞分布宽度、心肌肌钙蛋白水平均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，<0.05。结论对冠心病患者来说，很多的血液指标和患者的临床病理具有较为深入的联系，临床治疗的过程中可以充分利用好这些指标来作为治疗的依据。,Objective The main purpose of this article is to explore for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with inspection. Methods In our hospital in March 2014~March 2015 treated 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), set the 90 cases of patients as observation group. 90 cases of health personnel, comparison research. Results After inspection we found some differences between two groups of data, such as the patient’s red blood cell distribution width, <0.05. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease, in the process of clinical treatment can make good use of these indicators for use as a treatment.
