目的观察护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法将诊治的妊娠糖尿病患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组（各45例）。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上采取护理干预措施，对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果观察组妊娠糖尿病患者餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组妊娠糖尿病患者，差异明显，具有统计学意义。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者采取综合护理干预措施，对其血糖控制具有很大的作用，也有较好的临床意义，值得进行推广。“,”Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 cases of gestational diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (45 cases each). Control group using conventional nursing methods, the observation group on the basis of the control group to take care interventions, the effect of the two groups of nursing analysis. Results The observation group pregnancy diabetes night blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels were significantly lower than control group pregnancy diabetes patients,significant difference has statistical significance.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures in patients with gestational diabetes,the blood sugar control has great effect,also have good clinical significance,worthy of promotion.
