目的 检测缺氧对人肺癌细胞株表达 VEGF的影响及其机制。方法 4株人肺癌细胞在低氧环境下处理 18h后 ,运用半定量 RT- CPR及免疫组化技术分别检测 VEGFm RNA 及蛋白的表达。结果 低氧处理后人肺癌细胞VEGF m RNA明显高于未处理之肺癌细胞并在免疫组化上得到了进一步证实。结论 低氧可上调人肺癌细胞表达VEGF
Objective To detect the effect of hypoxia on the expression of VEGF in human lung cancer cell lines and its mechanism. Methods Four human lung cancer cells were treated with hypoxia for 18 hours. Semi-quantitative RT-CPR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of VEGFm RNA and protein, respectively. Results The VEGF m RNA of lung cancer cells after hypoxic treatment was significantly higher than that of untreated lung cancer cells and was further confirmed by immunohistochemistry. Conclusion Hypoxia can upregulate the expression of VEGF in human lung cancer cells
