为全面贯彻“以提高为主兼顾普及”的编辑方针,给业余自学美术的读者提供较系统的辅导材料,本刊特辟《美术自学教程》栏目。聘请专家分科撰写教材。在学报连载的同时,积极准备出版丛书。由于版面、刊期的限制,各科的讲义,不可能都写得面面俱到。我们力争做到“简明扼要”,为自学者打一个好的基础。热切希望广大读者帮助我们办好这一栏目。这份教材将努力就素描的规律性问题进行阐述,同时结合一些图例说明素描的方法和程序性问题。也将对素描习作中经常产生的问题进行分析。每节提出的思考题,供学习参考。
