卷板机(19×2000规格)的上辊(图1),由于中段(φ280×2110)粗两头细,在中段与尾段或尾段的过渡处存在着很明显的应力集中现象,加上机器在使用时要经常使上辊上翘以便装料,因此在过渡处慢慢地产生裂纹而最后断裂。上辊是一件很粗很长的零件(净重约1065kg),较难加工,如果要更换一件,成本较高。为了节约费用,决定修复。修复的目的,是要能基本上达到或接近原来的水平。由于恰好在过渡处断裂,在中段断部几乎没有露出残头,因此单靠常用的坡口焊接的连接方法是不利的,就是采用两端口焊接的办法,也达不到原来的水平。我们采用如下具体步骤,效果较好,修复件已应用一年左右。
