额瓣、肩瓣和三角胸瓣号称三大头颈部区域皮瓣、尤其是三角胸瓣,近10多年来,被广泛应用于头颈部的重建。但是,临床实践证明,此三大瓣都有其不足之处,而前几年才问世的胸大肌肌皮瓣却显示出它的独特的优点,甚至有的学者认为,此瓣可能代替上述三大皮瓣,成为头颈部重建的一块重要的组织瓣。从1980年9月至1983年2月,我科应用此组织辦修复口腔颌面部组织缺损共10例,整复效果良好,现报告如下:
Frontal lobe, shoulder and triangular thoracic flap known as the three big head and neck area flap, especially the triangular chest, nearly 10 years, is widely used in the reconstruction of the head and neck. However, clinical practice has proved that the three major lobe has its shortcomings, and the advent of pectoralis major myocarp a few years ago has shown its unique advantages, and even some scholars believe that this flap may replace the above Three major flaps, a head and neck reconstruction of an important organizational flap. From September 1980 to February 1983, our department applied this tissue to repair oral and maxillofacial tissue defects in 10 cases, the restoration of good results, are as follows:
