可摘义齿基托与承托区组织的密合极为重要。丙烯酸酯塑胶的缺点之一,即是基托的变形,在临床戴入时,表现为后牙(牙合)增高,人工牙变位,以后还会造成口腔粘膜创伤。本研究的目的是,比较可摘义齿在制作过程中及后期基托的变化。材料及方法用(AKP—15)和为基托材料,各做成3付上颌总义齿,在蜡基托上排列人工牙7654 4567,于每个牙的(牙合)面中央钻孔,用自凝塑胶粘固桩钉,在(牙合)而外露0.5cm。
