目的探讨肾癌患者外周血中树突状细胞(DC)的免疫功能状态变化及其与肾癌发生的关系。方法 40例临床确诊的中晚期肾癌患者作为实验组,20例正常人作为对照组,实验组和对照组在相同条件下分别进行外周血DC的培养,并通过流式细胞仪检测CD1a、CD83表达水平。结果肾癌患者DC表面CD1a及CD83表达水平分别为55.6±1.3、71.2±1.2,明显低于正常对照组(65.0±1.1、81.3±1.6),P<0.05。结论肾癌患者DC存在免疫功能缺陷可能是肾癌逃避宿主免疫监视的重要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of immune function of dendritic cells (DCs) in peripheral blood of patients with renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with the development of renal cell carcinoma. Methods 40 cases of clinically diagnosed advanced renal cell carcinoma patients as experimental group and 20 normal individuals as control group. Experimental group and control group under the same conditions were cultured in peripheral blood DC, and CD1a, CD83 The expression level. Results The expression of CD1a and CD83 on the surface of renal cell carcinoma was 55.6 ± 1.3 and 71.2 ± 1.2 respectively, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (65.0 ± 1.1, 81.3 ± 1.6, P <0.05). Conclusion Defective immune function in DC patients with renal cell carcinoma may be one of the important reasons for renal cell carcinoma to evade host immune surveillance.
