中共十七届四中全会确立“编纂民法典”的重大任务以来,民法典的编纂进入了史无前例的快速道。2016年6月27日和10月31日,全国人大常委会对民法总则草案分别进行了第一次和第二次审议。该草案在2016年12月经历第三次审议后预计将于2017年3月召开的全国人民代表大会上审议通过。民法典各分编也预定将于2018年上半年提请全国人大常委会审议并争取于2020年3月由全国人民
Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee established the major task of “compiling the Civil Code,” the compilation of civil code has entered an unprecedented fast track. On June 27 and October 31, 2016, the NPC Standing Committee held the first and second deliberations on the draft general principles of civil law respectively. The draft is expected to be considered and adopted by the National People’s Congress in March 2017 after its third review in December 2016. The subdivisions of the Civil Code are also scheduled to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress for consideration in the first half of 2018 and will be won by the entire nation by March 2020
