目的讨论外踝骨折后三角韧带损伤程度的X线与MRI对比情况。方法现随机选取2015年6月—2016年3月该院收治的外踝骨折后三角韧带损伤患者64例,并进行X线与MRI诊断,对相关数值进行记录和分析,对比全部病例Lauge-Hansen分型。结果随着患者的三角韧带深层和浅层损伤的升高,MSC值也升高,经过分析后发现,深层r=0.768,P=0.000,浅层深层r=0.766,P=0.000。经过ROC曲线分析,发现判断MSC的最佳临界值为7.85 mm(深层),诊断浅层韧带完全断裂的MSC的最佳临界值为6.49 mm。全部患者经过X线诊断后发现,过诊13例,低估16例,Lauge-Hansen分型准确性为45.3%(29/64),根据X线Iauge-Hansen分型判断外踝骨折后经常伴有三角韧带损的准确性为100%。结论外踝骨折后经常伴有三角韧带损伤的情况,但是损伤的程度不同,相对于X线检查而言,MRI检查可以更加准确的评估出三角韧带损伤的程度。
Objective To discuss the X-ray and MRI contrast of the damage degree of the triangular ligament after fracture of lateral malleolus. Methods Sixty-four patients with triangular ligament injury of the lateral malleolus who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected and diagnosed by X-ray and MRI. The related values were recorded and analyzed. The Lauge-Hansen score type. Results With the increase of deep and superficial lesions in the ligament of the trochanter, the MSC value also increased. After analysis, r = 0.768, P = 0.000 in deep layer and r = 0.766 in deep layer, P = 0.000. After ROC curve analysis, we found that the best critical value of MSC was 7.85 mm (deep layer). The best critical value of MSC for diagnosing superficial ligament complete fracture was 6.49 mm. All patients after X-ray diagnosis found that the diagnosis of 13 cases, underestimated in 16 cases, Lauge-Hansen classification accuracy of 45.3% (29/64), according to X-ray Iauge-Hansen classification of the fracture of the lateral malleolus often accompanied by triangular The accuracy of ligament damage is 100%. Conclusions The fracture of the lateral malleolus often accompanies the destruction of the trigone ligament, but the extent of the injury is different. Compared with the X-ray examination, the MRI examination can more accurately evaluate the extent of the damage of the ligamentum ligament.
