许多学者报道了维生素E对甲基汞毒性具有防御作用。甲基汞中毒的动物喂以添加维生素E的饲料,能减轻中毒症状,并且增加动物的存活率。Kasuya又曾指出向培养的神经组织细胞中加入维生素E能拮抗甲基汞和乙基汞的毒性作用。本文采用光学和电子显微镜的研究方法,从形态学角度评价维生素E对甲基汞中毒大鼠背根神经节损伤的防御作用。实验选用Charles River大鼠,共分4组。第1组大鼠每天灌胃投给氯化甲基汞(2.0mgMeHg/kg体重);第2组同时投给氯化甲基汞和维生素E(50 mg/kg体重);第3
Many scholars have reported that vitamin E has a protective effect on methylmercury toxicity. Methylmercury poisoning animals fed diets supplemented with vitamin E, can reduce the symptoms of poisoning, and increase the survival rate of animals.
