本文报告二巯基敌枯双对大鼠及小鼠甲状腺的毒性作用。该药主要引起甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞空泡变 性和甲状腺组织代偿性增生,形成实质性甲状腺肿。大鼠的反应比小鼠敏感。随实验时间延长,动物出 现一定的适应,毒性反应减弱。此外,观察了巯基敌枯叹和敌枯双两种噻二唑化合物对甲状腺的损伤,发 现两者与二巯基敌枯双所致病变相同,但前两者毒性较大。提示在噻二唑类化合物的毒性研究中,应注 意甲状腺的病理损伤问题。
This article reports the toxic effects of dimercaptopropionate on thyroid in rats and mice. The drug mainly causes vacuolar degeneration of thyroid follicular epithelial cells and thyroid tissue compensatory proliferation, the formation of a substantial goiter. Rats respond more sensitive than mice. With the prolongation of experiment time, the animals appeared to adapt and the toxicity reaction weakened. In addition, we observed the thyroid damage induced by two thiadiazole compounds, such as mercapto-ethersulide and propoxurone, and found that the two were similar to the dimercaptopurine-induced lesions, but the former two were more toxic. Tip thiadiazole toxicity studies, we should pay attention to the pathological damage of the thyroid.
