隐匿阴茎又称“蹼状阴茎”,属阴茎先天性发育反常,临床少见。国内尚未见报道。我院收治1例,报告如下。患者:樊××,男性,53岁,已婚,因右侧阴囊包块、坠胀三个月以“睾丸鞘膜积液”收入院。平素排尿情况尚可,性生活不满意,从未生育过。体检:一般检查未发现异常,泌尿外科情况:右阴囊包块如鸭蛋大,光滑,囊性感,与表皮无粘连,透光试验(+),右侧睾丸未触及。左侧阴囊及内容物正常。阴茎隐匿于阴囊皮肤内,较小,周围皮肤皮下脂肪较厚.包皮口甚小,直径约4—5毫米,包皮不能翻转,未见到阴茎头情况。诊断:1.睾丸鞘膜积液(右);2.隐匿阴茎。拟于鞍麻下行鞘膜翻转术及阴茎整形术,矫治隐匿之阴茎。术中切开包皮腔,发现阴茎发育较差较正
