目的:根据通活灵的主治功能,采用相应的动物模型,进行药效及毒理研究,为通活灵申报及临床应用提供依据。方法:采用佐剂致大鼠炎症、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿、琼脂致大鼠肉芽增生、热板致痛小鼠、甲醛致小鼠舔足、醋酸致小鼠扭体,观察通活灵对动物炎症及镇痛作用;小鼠sc、大鼠皮肤斑贴、观察通活灵对动物有无急性全身性毒理反应;家兔完整、破损皮肤斑贴,豚鼠皮肤致敏,观察通活灵对动物皮肤有无刺激及过敏反应。结果:通活灵对各种炎症有抗炎消肿作用,对热刺痛、化学刺痛有明显的镇痛作用,对大、小鼠未见急性全身性毒性,对家兔完整和破损皮肤无刺激反应,对豚鼠皮肤无过敏现象。结论:通过药效学和毒理实验,证明通活灵与中医治病原则相符,通活灵是有效、安全的。

Results: Tonglvling had anti-inflammatory and swelling-reducing effects on all kinds of inflammation, obvious analgesic effect on tingling and chemical stinging, no acute systemic toxicity to large mice and mice, No irritation, no allergy to guinea pig skin. Conclusion: Through pharmacodynamics and toxicology experiments, it is proved that Tongyouling is in accordance with the principle of TCM treatment and Tonglingling is effective and safe.
