目的探讨中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取2009年4月—2011年8月200例分泌性中耳炎患者,将其随机分为治疗组100例和对照组100例,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用黄龙通耳丸治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈98例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈55例,有效35例,无效10例,总有效率90%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎,见效快、疗程短、治愈率非常高、用药方便、安全,患者未出现明显的不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods 200 cases of secretory otitis media were selected from April 2009 to August 2011. They were randomly divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). The control group was treated with Western medicine only. The treatment group was added on the basis of the control group Huang Long Tong ear pills treatment. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results In the treatment group, 98 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, 0 was ineffective and the total effective rate was 100%. In the control group, 55 cases were cured, 35 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of secretory otitis media with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has the advantages of quick response, short course of treatment, very high cure rate, convenient and safe medication, and no obvious adverse reactions in patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
