目的:探讨无创通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法:将2014年1月至2015年12月收治的急性左心衰患者64例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各32例,两组患者均给予常规药物治疗,对照组应用鼻导管或面罩吸氧;治疗组应用双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)。比较两组临床疗效、住ICU时间及住院时间。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组的临床疗效、住ICU时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:应用无创通气能快速有效地改善急性左心衰竭患者的症状,提高临床疗效,降低ICU及总住院时间。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four patients with acute left heart failure who were admitted from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (32 cases each), and both groups were given conventional drug treatment. The control group received nasal catheter or face mask Oxygen inhalation; bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) was used in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy, ICU stay and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy, ICU time and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of non-invasive ventilation can quickly and effectively improve the symptoms of patients with acute left heart failure, improve clinical efficacy, reduce ICU and total hospital stay.
