目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:选用BALB/c裸鼠作为免疫缺陷动物模型,将50只裸鼠随机分为卡介菌多糖核酸高、中、低剂量组,阳性药物组和裸鼠正常对照组,另选用10只正常小鼠作为空白对照组。观察卡介菌多糖核酸对小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平的影响。结果:卡介菌多糖核酸高、中剂量组和阳性药物组均能明显提高裸鼠血清IL-2的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);卡介菌多糖核酸高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组均能显著提高裸鼠血清IFN-γ的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸可以提高裸鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ的表达水平,通过增强其表达提高裸鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in mice. Methods: BALB / c nude mice were used as immunodeficient animal model. Fifty nude mice were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose group of BCG - PSN, positive drug group and normal control group of nude mice. Another 10 normal Mice served as blank control group. To observe the effect of BCG-PSN on serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in mice. Results: The levels of IL-2 in nude mice serum of high, medium and medium doses of BCG could significantly increase the level of serum IL-2 (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The high, medium and low doses of BCG- (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the positive drug group could significantly increase the level of IFN-γ in nude mice. CONCLUSION: BCG-PSN can increase the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ in nude mice and enhance the immune function of nude mice by increasing its expression.
