《碾压混凝土筑坝技术在大型水电主体工程中的应用》是国家“七五”重点科技攻关项目,编号为“17—2—6”。由我院任第一负责单位,水电第七工程局任第二负责单位,共同承担此项研究任务。碾压混凝土配合比及其性能研究和施工工艺及机具研究是专题的重要组成部分,水利水电规划设计总院于1990年6月11~13日。在铜街于水电工程现场主持了上述科研成果鉴定会,与会的有高等院校、科研、设计、施工等方面专家、学者、工程技术人员,共50多人。审查认为该研究成果技术路线正确,理论分析可靠,内容全面、系统,试验资料丰富,数据可信,主要结论正确,已按合同要求全面完成了研究任务;研究成果居国内领先水平,其中全级配碾压混凝土的性能试验,试验规模、范围及成果居国际领先水平;碾压混凝土拖工工艺、机具的研究成果具有系统性、实用性,在铜街子工程施工中创造了7000m~2大仓面施工的碾压混凝土铺筑记录,达到国际先进水平。
The application of RCC dam technology in major hydropower projects is a national key project of the Seventh Five-Year Plan, numbered 17-2-6. By the first unit in charge of our hospital, hydropower Seventh Engineering Bureau as the second responsible unit, shared the research task. The review concluded that the technical route of the research was correct, the theoretical analysis was reliable, the contents were comprehensive, the system was rich in experimental data, the data were credible, the main conclusion was correct, and the research task was fulfilled according to the requirements of the contract. The research results ranked the leading domestic level, With RCC performance test, test scale, scope and achievements of the leading international level; RCC craft, the research results of the machine has a systematic and practical, in the construction of copper street sub-project to create a 7000m ~ 2 Roller compacted concrete surface construction record, reached the international advanced level.
