ZSM-5分子筛是美国Mobil公司于七十年代发展的一种含有机胺阳离子的新型沸石.该沸石的表面电荷密度小,与低硅铝比的A、X型分子筛不同,有着独特的物理性能,它不易吸附极性较强的水分子,但对非极性分子以及有机分子却有强烈的吸附能力[1]、[2]。但是ZSM-5分子筛在低压下对非极性分子吸附的研究未见文献报导。 本文研究了ZSM-5分子筛在低温低压下对氮气的吸附量和吸附速率。我们在研究中发现:在ZSM-5分子筛中,吸附量主要决定于分子筛中静电力,而吸附速率主要决定于分子筛孔道中空间位阻作用。本文还提供了在10-2~10-5帕高真空范围内测试分子筛的吸附量和吸附速率的方法。

In this paper, the adsorption amount and adsorption rate of nitrogen on ZSM-5 zeolite under low temperature and low pressure were studied. We found in the study: In the ZSM-5 zeolite, the amount of adsorption mainly depends on the electrostatic force in the molecular sieve, and the adsorption rate mainly depends on the steric hindrance in the molecular sieve pore. This paper also provides a method to test the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of molecular sieve in the high vacuum range of 10-2 ~ 10-5 Pa.
