目的探讨细节管理在消毒供应中心的应用。方法对凉山州第一人民医院消毒供应中心去污区工作人员的工作内容和流程、岗位作业要求及质量标准按细节管理要求进行针对性的修订并完善,强调执行落实,比较细节管理前后在职业暴露、器械清洗后返洗件数、工作人员对专业知识掌握的程度、设备仪器维护次数、回收器械错误率及器械报损数进行对照。结果职业暴露次数从12人降低至3人;器械清洗质量提高,工作效率提高,器械返洗率从6.2‰降至0.99‰;工作人员专业知识结构明显提升;仪器设备维护到位,维修频率减少5次;器械报损率下降77%;投入清洗用物资损耗降低,与细节管理前比较,差异有统计学意义。结论该院在消毒供应中心去污区实施细节管理,有助于提高器械清洗质量和工作效率。
Objective To explore the application of detail management in disinfection supply center. Methods The work content and process, job requirements and quality standards of the decontamination area staff of Disinfection Supply Center of First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture were revised and perfected according to the requirements of detail management, with emphasis on implementation, more detailed management before and after occupation Exposure, backwash after cleaning equipment, the number of staff to master the degree of professional knowledge, maintenance of equipment, equipment, equipment, error rate and equipment reported the number of newspaper damage. Results The number of occupational exposures was reduced from 12 to 3; the quality of instrument cleaning improved and the working efficiency improved; the backwash rate of instruments dropped from 6.2 ‰ to 0.99 ‰; the professional knowledge of staff was significantly improved; the equipment maintenance was in place and the frequency of maintenance was reduced by 5 Times; equipment reported a 77% decline in newspaper damage; investment in cleaning materials to reduce the loss, compared with the details before the management, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The hospital in the disinfection supply center decontamination zone implementation details management, help to improve the quality of instrument cleaning and work efficiency.
