5月15日至17日,我国移动通信产业与技术创新研讨会在京举行。电子工业部、中国电子学会等有关领导及专家学者等百余人出席了本次会议。此次研讨会的主旨是专门研讨我国移动通信产业的发展及移动通信技术的创新问题。 中国电子学会通信学会常务副主任兼秘书长来国柱在发言中谈到,近十五、六年中,我国在引进外国通信技术中不断出现“七国八制”重复引进的混乱局面。严格地说,有的并不是技术引进,而
