结合济南铁路局黄台南路职工住宅项目SMW工艺的应用介绍和施工实践,通过工程实例及所处地质条件、水位及基坑变形位移观测的检测分析,特别是土层中存在淤泥质黏土时所采用的施工方法,阐述了SMW工法在城市高层建筑工程深基坑支护中的应用机理、施工工艺及其适用范围。提出在不进行外侧降水且土方垂直开挖的情况下,降低周边沉降量、减小基坑变形位移的方法,以及在SMW工法施工中应特别注意的几个问题,以期为类似的工程提供参考借鉴。
