在地层压力保持了十八年之后,为了开采更多的石油,于1972年开始的SACROC矿区CO_2工程,已成为一项提高采收率的措施。由于采出水的腐蚀性,使压力保持在正常工作中所遇到的腐蚀问题;并因注入CO_2,油井见水及产液量增加等在数量与严重程度上均有所增加。缓蚀及环境控制对于控制某些设施的腐蚀是令人满意的,但要从根本上解决腐蚀问题,则必须使用耐蚀合金、保护性涂层和非金属材料。
After 18 years of pressure in the formation, the CO2 project at the SACROC mine, which began in 1972, has become a measure to increase oil recovery in order to extract more oil. Due to the corrosive nature of the produced water, the pressure is maintained in the corrosion problems encountered in normal work; and due to the injection of CO_2, see the water wells and increased liquid production volume and severity have increased. Corrosion and environmental controls are satisfactory for controlling the corrosion of some facilities, but to fundamentally solve the problem of corrosion, corrosion-resistant alloys, protective coatings and non-metallic materials must be used.
