In the past year, the health front, like all fronts in the country, set off a craze to learn from Chairman Mao’s writings on the basis of studying the People’s Liberation Army and studying in Daqing and Dazhai. The majority of medical and health personnel have made significant changes in their thinking through studying Chairman Mao’s writings. All responded enthusiastically to the call of the Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao, went up the hill to the countryside, and worked enthusiastically to serve peasants. They also promoted the revolutionization of various urban health work through strengthening rural health-construction investment. In mass movement of learning, many good units and individuals who have made active use of Chairman Mao’s work have emerged in the health battlefield.
